Kellie Budd

Kellie Budd received her law degree from George Mason University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia. Kellie represents individual and business clients on a wide variety of matters ranging from entity formation to litigating in state and federal courts.

Kellie is licensed to practice in Virginia and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association and is the Vice-President of the Northern Virginia Black Attorney's Association.

Kellie's experience includes the following:

  • Prepared corporate papers and partnership agreements, shareholder agreements and operating agreements; employment contracts, executive compensation agreements, stock option and severance contracts and confidentiality agreements.
  • Represented business clients as either sellers or buyers in business acquisition/disposition transactions including asset sales, stock sales, and sales of membership or partnership interests.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial leases.
  • Post-judgment collections.
